The Functional Operator offers monthly recurring membership subscriptions across three tiers. We want you to be fully satisfied with your membership. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel:
Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. Access to the community and all associated content will end at the conclusion of your paid period.
Due to the immediate access nature of our digital membership products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Once you have been granted access to the community platform and curriculum content, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period.
Exception — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (The Foundation only): If you are a new member of The Foundation ($197/mo) and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment by contacting us at [email protected] within 7 days of your initial charge.
Refunds are not available for The Operating System ($497/mo) or The Inner Circle ($997/mo) tiers, as these involve significant founder time, proprietary tooling (GHL snapshot), and curated access.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your membership and may affect your ability to rejoin in the future.
The GoHighLevel (GHL) snapshot provided to Operating System members is a proprietary digital asset. Access to the GHL snapshot is granted upon joining The Operating System tier. The snapshot itself is non-refundable once it has been accessed or installed into your GHL account.
