1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Functional Operator website and membership services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Functional Operator provides a tiered membership community for functional medicine practice owners, including:

• The Foundation ($197/mo): Pre-recorded curriculum covering Offer, Leads, and Conversion for functional medicine practice owners.
• The Operating System ($497/mo): Access to a proprietary GoHighLevel (GHL) snapshot, automation toolkit, and Systems/Volume/Retention curriculum.
• The Inner Circle ($997/mo): Application-only tier providing direct access to the founders for personalized guidance on People, Performance, and Profit.

3. Membership & Payment

All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within The Functional Operator community — including curriculum videos, written materials, templates, the GHL snapshot, and all other resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Functional Operator and its founders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content outside the community without express written permission.

5. Community Standards

As a member, you agree to:

• Treat all community members and founders with respect
• Not share login credentials or provide access to non-members
• Not use the community to promote competing products or services without permission
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior
• Keep confidential any proprietary information shared by other members in the Inner Circle

Violation of community standards may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Functional Operator provides educational and business information only. We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue outcomes, or business success. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Functional Operator and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our sole discretion for violation of these terms, community standards, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may cancel your membership at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or community announcement. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
